G2 SPEECH
|
|

A digital
dictation, transcription solution that is already successfully being
used in a firm of lawyers with 550+ users.
Especially designed with the Legal and Medical sectors in mind, G2
Speech offer a complete solution to your organisational dictation needs. Made
up of a number of modules (which each perform specific functions), the
G2 products offer not only a complete solution to your company needs
but also the most cost effective. Modules for dictation,
transcription and workflow management are installed on respective
PCs, enabling the users to dictate directly to the system through the
use of a digital microphone or digital handheld recorder (such as
the Philips SpeechMike or Olympus DS3000 - further details of these
products are included elsewhere on this page). The dictation
(created as sound files), can then be routed (via the company
network), to a specific secretary or a pool of secretaries depending
on your wishes. At all times managers have access to statistical
information regarding the job queue and dictation creators can flag
jobs for urgent priority. In addition to this the system also offers
the option of utilising the benefits of Speech Recognition
technology in a number of ways.
The products have been designed with flexibility in mind and as a
result can be customised to fit into your organisations existing IT
infrastructure as well as adapted to any changes that may take place.
